How it works
My work blends gentle body work with Jung-inspired psyche body awareness to help clients understand how emotional patterns, stress responses and unconscious materials are expressed through the body. During a session, I attune to tension patterns, emotional responses, and intuitive imagery each offering insight into deeper unconscious layers.
Using somatic attunement, symbolic observation, and restorative touch, I support clients in releasing stored patterns, regulating their nervous system, and reconnecting with their inner clarity. This work is nonclinical, non-sexual, noninvasive, and grounded in the understanding that the body and psyche are always in communication. By engaging both, clients often experience emotional relief, increase self-awareness, integration of shadow aspects and a deeper sense of balance.
